Recruitment Details For Senior Developer:

Location: Pune, India

Post: Senior Developer

Qualification: B.Tech

Required Experience: Min 4 to 5 Years

Responsibilities:

  • To provide customer support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring customer needs.
  • To provide support for enhancement or new evolutions based on business requirements as provided by the customer as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
  • Capable to work independently and efficiently to meet defined SLA.
  • You are Responsible for meeting productivity matrices and quality standards as per defined quality norms, Attendance, Training & Self Development Team Player.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge to maintain one or more technology areas
  • Analyse As-is process and perform detailed analysis of functional and business needs
  • Improving ability level through Self evolution or nominating training programs
  • To consistently meet or exceed all agreed Productivity parameters as defined for the process.
