SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Details:

Location: Noida, India

Required Experience: Min 1 to 3 year

Qualification: Graduate Degree

Responsibilities:
  • Provides Technical Assistance and resolve the end client issues as per defined SLA.
  • Capable to work independently and efficiently to meet SLA
  • Capable to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications and meet the Qu.
  • Improving skill performance through Self evolution / nominating training programs
  • Meet the defined Quality Scores. Innovation & Process Improvement The individual should be able to work effectively in a team whilst enthusing others to do the same for achievement of common aims of the team.

ASSOCIATE ENGINEER-PRODUCT SUPPORT Details:

Location: Noida, India

Required Experience: Fresher

Qualification: B Tech, B. E, B. Tech, BCA, MCA

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to Provision & execute the Installation, Moves, Additions, and Change Requests
  • Responsible for real time coordination with Upstream & Downstream Teams, LEC/Client to avoid Process delays/SLA and to drive completion.
  • Undertake special projects & do cross-functional training or classes (as per requirement of Process).
  • The individual should be capable to work effectively in a team whilst enthusing others to do the same for achievement of common goals of the team
  • To clearly understand the Ticket raised in CRM and document the needs
  • To comply to agreed SLA/ client timelines & adhere to the high-quality norms set to secure zero-error

  • DFP (Desktop for Publishers) tool Technical support with HTML, Java Script and CSS,
